Meet The Team

I’m Felicity and I am the Pastoral Support officer for Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby & Derbyshire.  After many years of working in administration, I had step away from full time work to help support a family member.  I found working in adult social care fit my needs at the time as it worked around my home-life commitments. I truly enjoy working in a role that allows me to make a positive impact on another person’s life, which is one of the reasons I love working on this project. On top of this, I am also a support worker for people with Physical and Learning Difficulties.  

Outside of work, I am very crafty. I love sewing in particular and use these skills to spend time upcycling everything from clothes to furniture!

Hi, I’m Priyanka, an International Worker with a passion for connecting people across borders. As a highly motivated and ambitious professional, I have a proven track record in recruitment and onboarding. With an MSc in International Business and extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, I excel in blending organizational acumen with strong communication and problem- solving skills. My role at the NHS has allowed me to support international nurses, ensuring their smooth transition and integration.

Beyond my professional life, I am an avid traveller and art enthusiast. I thrive on exploring new cultures, tasting diverse cuisines, and expanding my creative horizons through art and craft. My love for travel not only feeds my curiosity but also develops my understanding of the world, enriching my ability to connect with people from various backgrounds. Hi, I’m Pooja and I am the dedicated Pastoral Support Officer for Northamptonshire. I come from a diverse background, having worked in banking and as a postal assistant, where I’ve developed strong organisational and customer service skills. I enjoy roles that allow me to focus on detail and build positive relationships with others.

Outside of work, I’m all about exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and meeting new people. I’m also an animal lover and can often be found enjoying a good cup of Indian chai. These personal passions keep me adaptable, open-minded, and eager to connect with others - traits that I bring into everything I do professionally.
